Direct Community Services is hiring dependable, compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Flexible schedules, paid training, and immediate openings.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO:**
• Support individuals with daily living needs (bathing, dressing, meals, mobility)
• Provide community engagement, transportation, and social activities
• Follow person‑centered plans and safety protocols
• Document services accurately (Medicaid Waiver/DMAS standards)
• Administer medications if certified (MAT preferred)
• Encourage independence, skill‑building, and positive routines
**REQUIREMENTS:**
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Able to pass background checks (State Police, OIG, CPS/APS)
• CPR/First Aid (we provide training)
• Experience with ID/DD preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 25–50 lb【22 and 3/5 kg】s and assist with mobility
**SCHEDULE OPTIONS:**
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Part‑time and PRN available
• Great for caregivers, CNAs, students, and those seeking meaningful work
**PAY & BENEFITS:**
• $15.00 – $22.00/hr based on experience, credentials, and service type
• Paid training (CPR/First Aid)
