Hi! I'm subletting my room for several months starting in November in a wonderful LGBTQ-friendly apartment in Mexico City's Centro Historico neighborhood, a few blocks from the Zocalo and the Metropolitan Cathedral, close to hundreds of museums and iconic places.
The room is spacious: 30 m² and fully furnished. All spaces feature wooden floors, high ceilings, and huge windows with balconies full of plants. The lease term is for a minimum of 6 months starting from November. The apartment is huge, measuring 125 m² in total, and is shared with just one other person, my wonderful American and Mexican roommate, who's non-binary and really fun.
The rent includes the use of the common areas of the apartment: a living room with great natural light and lots of plants, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a shared bathroom. The rent covers all utilities such as water, electricity, internet, gas, and weekly cleaning. Additionally, you'll be able to use the washing machine and have roof access.
The neo-baroque-style building is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the Zócalo and near hundreds of museums, historical monuments, restaurants, markets, and art galleries. Well-connected by Metro (lines 2 and B) and Metrobus (4N and 4S). It is not located in Condesa or Roma, as many people assume! Our neighborhood is called Centro Historico; it is safe, authentic, and crowded with commercial activity during the day but quiet at night, making it ideal for anyone looking to experience authentic Mexico City.
Looking for a responsible, calm, and open-minded person who appreciates cohabitating.
