My name is Ashlee(21 she-her) and my roommate Alina (21 she/her) and I are looking for one person to fill a room in our 3 bedroom apartment in Turners falls Ma, for December 1st. The room for rent is $600, and the utilities are electric and WiFi which will be split three ways, unless you wanted to get your own WiFi. The building is a 2 apartment duplex and we are on the second and third floor.
In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, shared basement for storage, off street parking, and a shared backyard with the downstairs neighbors. We currently have 3 lovely cats so no cats or dogs please, other animals can be discussed.
Preferably looking for somebody with experience in communal living and willing to do regular house meetings. We like to keep the shared spaces clean and organized with a weekly chore chart.
I included pictures of the bedroom. Every room in the house has mini splits. The room will be fully cleared out and cleaned before move in. There is an outlet located on each wall in the bedroom. As well as closet that’s on the smaller side.

I am a people person and value a balance between connection and taking time to recharge. I enjoy playing music and spending time with my animals.
Alina- I currently work full time as a restaurant manager and value cleanliness and my quiet time. I value open communication and having space to recharge.
