Me (30M) and my fiancé(30F) have a bathroom to ourselves connected to our room so there wouldn't be any issues other than that there's only the one shared shower. The full bathroom(that has the shower in it) otherwise would be at your disposal (possibly other roommates disposal. At most 2 others but currently none, pending)

Partial payment of deposit will be used to get a new doorknob with a lock for the room you choose, for security/safety purposes YOU will be the only one with a key. This part is non refundable. The remaining deposit will be refundable.
Internet, and utilities included. Some streaming services may be offered. Game systems & some furnishings may be available depending, we have couches, night stands, etc in storage.
2 stall garage, partially fenced yard, shed.
Off street & driveway parking available.
Food/groceries would be up to yourself however, we have some storage space we can accommodate but not much (maybe 1 shelf per person) depending on the amout of roommates. You are more than welcome to use my grill/cooking devices as long as you clean up after yourself. We also have a dishwasher.
Have a cat & dwarf hamster. Caged/small/enclosed animals welcome. No other pets like dogs/cats.
Rent is negotiable depending on which room is decided upon.
First months rent & deposit due at move in. Current circumstances need us to be pertinent with the payment plans we make so you will be held strictly accountable for whatever plans we make together.
