Roomy & needs absolutely nothing in its original and pristine condition. This is a four seasons camper, and weighs 7,513 lbs.
INSIDE:
It features 30 lb. propane bottles, dual A/C’s, which are original and still work perfect/very cold. The Dometic refrigerator is cold and works great on LP or 110v; as does the hot water tank. The living area has two swivel recliners only a couple years old and show absolutely no signs of wear; neither does the fabric on the sofa, which folds out to a queen size air mattress. It has daytime/nighttime blinds on all the windows, and they all work. You’ll see a ceiling fan, which operates perfectly. ALL of the woodwork is in perfect, non-scratched condition. You won’t find any ceiling imperfections, water stains, or soft spots on any of the flooring, including inside the large, front, pass through storage area. Large bathroom with large shower, which has a nice closet with shelves for the linens. It even has a floor hamper door to drop your dirty clothes down into the storage area underneath. It features a porcelain toilet, not the common plastic toilets in most RV’s. In the front 5th wheel room, you’ll find a walk-around queen, nearly new mattress, which lifts up and has a ton of storage under it. You’ll see overhead cabinets above the bed, on each side of the bed, and a huge slide out wardrobe on the passenger side. The fact is that the amount of storage in this trailer is unbelievable. I’ve never seen a trailer with so much storage capability, including the living room and kitchen area.
OUTSIDE:
All brakes, bearings, grease seals adjusted, work perfect, and ready for the road. I installed new tires in March, 2024 and they have less than 3,000 miles on them. The aluminum wheels have no scratches. Incidentally, the axles are Dexter torsion, rubber ride suspension, and have no springs to ever wear out. As you can see in the pics, it comes with a spare tire, an outside shower, and a rear ladder to access the top. I resealed, rubber sealed, the complete top from front to rear last year. The battery is three years old, and holds a great charge. The fabric on the electric awning is in excellent condition, and both slide outs have an awning over them. It features two electric rear stabilizer jacks. This unit has a 43-gallon fresh-water tank, a 76-gallon grey water tank, and a 38-gallon waste/sewage tank. At 7,513 lbs. it will easily tow behind ½ ton pickups. I have a clean title in my name. Yes, I can deliver (for a fee). I’ll accept cash only. My ‘bottom dollar’ is already listed. That means it is NOT NEGOTIABLE. And, I don’t need your help selling it. I’m not interested in any trades. Did I cover everything??? More questions???
