We're bringing on Entry-Level Travel Advisors — motivated, customer-focused people who want a fully remote role with full-time or part-time hours.
In this role you'll research, plan, and book leisure travel for clients, matching their destinations, dates, budgets, preferences, and needs to the perfect trip. Expect to work across cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, theme park vacations, and other leisure experiences.
It's a natural fit if you're passionate about travel, take pride in customer service, and bring organization, research skills, and a helper's mindset.
## Responsibilities
- Represent the business professionally to prospects and clients alike.
- Get to know each client's destination ideas, dates, budget, preferences, and needs.
- Vet and compare options from our available suppliers and vendors.
- Draft and deliver tailored travel quotes and vacation options.
- Execute bookings: cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, theme park vacations, and other eligible products.
- Keep client and reservation data clean and current.
- Keep tabs on booking specifics, payment cutoffs, and milestone travel dates.
- Support clients with service and booking questions pre- and post-travel.
- Brief clients on supplier rules, booking requirements, and key travel advisories.
- Cultivate the kind of client loyalty that drives rebooks and referrals.
- Manage a pipeline of client requests with consistency, accuracy, and quick turnarounds.
## Requirements
- Working knowledge of everyday tech: email, browsers, online forms, websites, web apps.
- Dependable computer and internet you can count on.
- Polished written and spoken communication.
- Warm, capable customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with strong time management.
- Detail-oriented by nature.
- Proven ability to work solo in a remote environment.
- Can dig up options, weigh them, and explain them plainly.
- At home talking with clients via phone, email, text, and other digital means.
- Treats client information with professionalism and care.
- Must be based in an eligible country with the right to work there.
- No travel background necessary — full training provided.
## Preferred Qualifications
Time in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, admin support, or any client-facing field is welcome but optional.
Ideal candidates are steady, organized, tech-savvy, independent, and self-assured communicators.
