A beautiful late 70's Cape Dory 30-foot sloop. Unfortunately, she took on water when the sink drain was left disconnected and then dropped beneath the waterline. Now all dried out with quality wood interior still intact with near zero damage to any wooden components. Needs motor and HVAC removed to lighten the load. Then great candidate for a diesel or electric motor repower. Asking 6k. On trailer (trailer not included) and ready for delivery. Bottom paint one year old with hull in excellent condition. All pics are after the sinking which happened at the slip with the dock lines keeping the gunwales just above the water before being pumped out.
