Our beef is USDA processed at Limit Bid Packing in Odessa, Washington, then vacuum sealed, labeled, and packaged ready for your freezer.
🥩 Whole Beef – $3,200
Approximately 600 lbs hanging weight
Custom cut to your preferences — choose your steak thickness, roast sizes, ground beef packaging, and more.
🥩 Half Beef – $2,000
Approximately 300 lbs hanging weight
Custom cut to your preferences.
🥩 Quarter Beef – $825
Approximately 150 lbs hanging weight
Standard family cut with a good variety of steaks, roasts, and ground beef.
Approximately 70–80 lbs of packaged take-home beef.
Payment is due within 48 hours of harvest notification and invoicing.
Pickup is available, and we regularly coordinate deliveries throughout the Tri-Cities, Columbia Basin, Spokane, North Idaho, Ritzville, and surrounding Eastern Washington communities.
