### Job Description
We are a busy, upscale casual restaurant in Levittown seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated **Line Cook** to join our kitchen team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well under pressure, and can consistently prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen.
### Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Work efficiently across multiple kitchen stations, including sauté, grill, and fry.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Complete daily prep work and maintain organized stations.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout each shift.
- Assist with inventory management, food rotation, and minimizing waste.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
### Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional line cook experience preferred.
- Experience with sauté, grill, and high-volume cooking.
- Strong knife skills and food preparation knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation practices.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with Mediterranean, American, or upscale casual cuisine is a plus.
