Spa Selections Brom-Start is a 2-oz sodium bromide product used to set up an initial bromide reserve (or "bank") in fresh hot tub water.
How to Use Brom-Start
Fill your hot tub with fresh water.
Turn on the circulation pump.
Pour the full 2-oz pouch of Spa Selections Brom-Start directly into the water to build the base bromide level.
Add your regular bromine tablets (such as Spa Selections Bromine Tablets) to a floating feeder.
Add an oxidizer or shock treatment to activate the bromide reserve into active sanitizing bromine. [1, 2, 3, 4]
