Hi!
Looking to move in with my 45 lb eight year old Shiba Inu ASAP.
I'm usually up by 8am. I walk my dog around 10-11am. I feed him, I eat, and then I usually have to rest. I have a rare cyst on my spine along with some other health issues that force me to rest. Around 4-5pm, I give my dog a snack and then walk him again around 10pm. All the other hours - I keep to myself, working on my computer. You pretty much won't even know I'm living there!!!
Non-negotiables:
No carpeting (specifically in room)
No shellfish in the home ever (allergic)
No other pets (he loves people only!)
Looking for:
Unfurnished room
Central Air
First or second floor private room
Private bathroom (share ok)
Room for my very few toiletries
Room in the kitchen for my food
Having me as a roommate:
You get the love of a dog with ZERO responsibility!
When I make my delicious lasagna or three cheese tortellini soup - there's usually enough for sharing!
I keep my room, the kitchen and bathroom VERY clean.
I pay for 1/2 of your rent/mortgage and utilities (I just won't pay for streaming services - I only watch free TV/movies).
I keep to myself.
I won't have any overnight guests.
Looking to stay at least a year - if things go well - maybe longer?
Looking in ALL of Ohio for a quiet area - rural preferred - not really interested in city/congested areas.
