Motor and body parts alone including cat converter are worth $1300
(This is a great car for basic transportation.
If a taillight goes out on 1995 car, its a $4 bulb at Walmart. No body control computer to replace that only a dealer can order and program for $600. On a late model car if the bulb is out, the body computer will talk to the engine computer to inhibit it from running. Regulators love that.
Think about that.
As the public becomes aware of how unrepairable cars made after 2010 are, these older era cars will go up and up in value.
Just look at the complexity of getting a new door key. )
