This made my back feel so good after working outside. I initially purchased it a while after I herniated a disc and it really helped. In fact I would use it whenever my back started to bother me. Unfortunately I injured my rotator cuff making it difficult to use now.
The table is easily removed from the stand making it easy to move and store.
