I'm Rob. I have a house in the Lenexa area. There is me and one other roommate living there. It would be $700 a month with a $700 security deposit. Bills included. Month to month lease. No pets. Smoking outside. Both roommates would share a bathroom. If you have a house full of stuff, there will probably not be enough room. But there is storage space.
