About the Role:
This is a hands-on position that involves a variety of warehouse tasks. You’ll be responsible for operating equipment, organizing inventory, and helping keep our operations running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems on the fly, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate all types of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.)
Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
Perform frequent heavy lifting (40+ lbs)
Organize and maintain inventory
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
Work independently and take initiative without constant supervision
What We’re Looking For:
Experience operating warehouse equipment (certification a plus)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift heavy items regularly and safely
Self-starter with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
