Very hard to find bulbs for this wonderful, magical lily that sends up a large spread of dark green follage that then dies back totally (looking as if it is died), but a few weeks later sends up these beautiful, fragrant, light-purple, long-blooming lilies. $5/bulb. They also do spread by always creating more bulbs underground. So you can soon have them to share, but you may never find them for sale in a store.
Wonderfully brightly-colored daisies. $5/clump. Also spread easily by reseeding themselves (So if you want them to spread, don't dead-head them).
