Position Overview:
This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position. As our Billing Specialist, you will act as a core component of our administrative team, ensuring our invoicing is accurate, our vendors are paid timely, and client financial inquiries are resolved professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate, review, and send accurate digital invoices to clients and partners.
* Reconcile daily digital transactions and track incoming merchant accounts.
* Process vendor payments, track accounts payable, and organize digital receipts.
* Audit billing accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies or outstanding balances.
* Respond to client billing questions via email and corporate phone channels.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, digital billing, or accounts receivable/payable.
* Strong proficiency with standard digital invoicing platforms (QuickBooks, Excel, or equivalent).
* High level of organizational skill and strict attention to numerical detail.
* Stable, secure home internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
* Excellent written communication skills for client-facing interaction.
