It is on the rear of the house with a large window with backyard lake view. Very nice after a long day of work to come to a quiet space and fall asleep peacefully. :) This room is really enjoyable.
Room 3: ($850 per month): AVAILABLE NOVEMBER. This is a large master sized bedroom. 16’ x 10’. This is fully furnished with queen sized bed, large dresser, and TV. Has a large armoire to use as a closet. It has two large windows with plantation shutters. Very nice after a long day of work to come to a quiet space to stretch out and fall asleep peacefully. :) This room is really enjoyable as well.

LEASE TERMS:

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on your room selection, an initial payment of $1590 (Room 2) or $1700 (Room 3) to cover security deposit and first month's rent is a requirement.
