OPERATIONS MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION / RESTORATION

LARA Business Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead branch operations, financial performance, team development, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, and support functions
Manage budgets, margins, costs, job performance, and profitability
Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency
Lead, coach, and develop managers and frontline staff
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Maintain quality, compliance, and customer service standards
Support sales, customer relationships, and business growth
Report performance to executive leadership
Qualifications
5–7+ years of progressive leadership experience
Background in restoration, construction, facilities services, home services, or a related industry
Proven P&L and financial management experience
Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
Experience managing cross-functional teams
Knowledge of restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, insurance claims, or disaster recovery preferred
Comfortable with CRM, ERP, estimating software, and Microsoft Office
