GENERAL MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION / RESTORATION

LARA Business Solutions Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead branch operations, financial performance, team development, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, contents, and support functions
Own branch P&L, budgets, margins, costs, and profitability
Lead, coach, and develop managers and frontline teams
Monitor KPIs and improve operational performance
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Support sales, customer relationships, and market growth
Maintain quality, compliance, and service standards
Report branch performance to executive leadership
Qualifications
5–7+ years of progressive leadership experience
Background in restoration, construction, facilities services, home services, or a related industry
Proven P&L and financial management experience
Strong team leadership and operational management skills
Experience managing cross-functional teams
Restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, insurance claims, or disaster-recovery experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Environment
Office, field, and customer-site responsibilities
On-call support for emergency response and major-loss events
Occasional travel
