Looking for a person for a LONG-TERM, ongoing engagement who can perform property maintenance for a home - mostly yardwork, cleaning, landscaping, painting, weeding, mulching, etc. (I do not need lawn mowing). Some very occasional ladder work. $30/hour.
Hours vary but flexible. Some weeks may be as much as 30 to 40 hours, but most of the time hours will be 2 to 4 hours per week to none in the winter. Can expect several hundred hours per year.
