We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to manage a new hospitality property in Jonestown, serving Lago Vista, Cedar Park, and surrounding communities.
The property includes a Beer Garden, Full-Service Bar & Kitchen, Ice Cream Corner, and Food Truck.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day hospitality operations
* Supervise and coordinate staff
* Manage vendors and inventory
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service
* Oversee general property upkeep and maintenance
* Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth daily service
* Take ownership and help grow the business
* Ideal Candidate
* Experience in restaurant, café, bar, or hospitality management
* Strong people and team-management skills
* Hands-on, organized, and dependable
* Customer-service focused
* Responsible and able to work independently
* Comfortable managing multiple areas of the operation
