All new flooring and tires (including spare). It’s a solid unit. 6’ wide by 16’ long inside lengths. All doors work as they should. The brake lights and blinkers work as they should. Standard 2” ball. We have hauled horses, pigs, and goats in it. We think it weighs approximately 2500. You can pull it with a half ton truck fairly easily. I have pulled it with my excursion and my ram.
