Built on 8’x16’ car hauler frame, mobile home axels, new tires, we have the house on blocks so the tires are not on the ground to prevent dry rot.
Loft fits a queen sized mattress snugly, ledge for storage, lower section main area is 8’x12’ with an 8’x4’ section walled off, also has a 2’ over hang where we have the refrigerator. 12 cu ft refrigerator, small microwave, air conditioner installed in wall, free standing electric heater, dry toilet, small vanity, sink and on demand water heater are included but not installed, we ran electrical with 30 amp power cords to an outside power box. It does not have wiring, we had a surge protector power strip. We have a gas powered generator for an additional $500
Entrance stairs and railing also included. Roof is 2 years old and there’s no leaks anywhere. There are no water tanks.
This can be hooked up to and towed with no problem!
We installed bunk bed stairs with drawers, could easily be removed, cabinet, dresser and stairs are screwed into the wall, we also have 2 brand new windows we were going to install, still wrapped in plastic, if you want them!
At $5000 this is a fixer upper, if we do more work the price will go up!!!
The frame, axels and tires are worth more than $5000!!!
Would consider trading for a Dodge Grand Caravan or Chrysler Town and Country with no mechanical or air conditioning issues and less than 100000 miles.
