We’re looking for experienced pest control technicians based in the DMV area who are motivated to earn. This is NOT a “sit around and wait for work” position. We have consistent year-round work and multiple ways to make money depending on your strengths — residential maintenance routes, follow-up services, commercial/night work, emergency calls, and sales opportunities for techs who know how to build trust with customers and close business. Competitive starting compensation ranges from approximately $4,000–$5,000/month with commission opportunities that can push earnings well into the six figures for motivated technicians. We provide the vehicle, chemicals, equipment, and gas — you bring the hustle and professionalism.
At the same time, we understand that burnout is real in this industry. We’re building a company where good techs can earn strong money WITHOUT feeling like machines. Various scheduling options are available for the right technicians, leadership is accessible, and there’s very little red tape.
