Burgundy leather sleeper sofa with a clean mattress and two decorative pillows. There is some wear and tear damage to the leather on the seat cushions but the rest of it including the mattress are in great condition. The mattress was used just a few times, it is clean, and has been covered in washable futon cover for extra protection while stored. The mattress size is approx. 51” x 71”. Converting the sofa into a sleeper is super easy, can be done with one hand. Not in a hurry to sell but offers are welcome.
Located in Summerlin near the Red Rock Casino @ Desert Foothills/W Charleston.
