Looking for a warm, persuasive voice to help local trade businesses stop losing work to missed calls? I run No More Missed Calls AI. We help owner-operated HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing companies stop losing jobs when they miss calls. Our receptionist, "Nicole," answers their overflow and after-hours calls, takes the job details, and texts the owner the job.
I am hiring a part-time remote cold caller to:
- Set up businesses on a FREE 7-day trial — and SELL it: your win is an owner who starts the trial and forwards a live line because you convinced them, not a name passed to me to qualify. You are not closing a paid sale and never take payment information. This is a selling role, not appointment-setting.
- Log every call outcome in a shared sheet (answered, gatekeeper, callback, not interested, do-not-call, trial started).
- Call owners from a provided list (phone numbers the businesses publish themselves — no purchased lists).
- Introduce the service with a short, friendly script (provided, with training).
- Honor every do-not-call request immediately. Business hours only. No high-pressure tactics — owners can hear exactly how Nicole sounds on our live proof line before they agree.
Pay (per-result, straightforward)
- Bonus per VERIFIED signup, by plan — the plan figure is the TOTAL bonus, not an add-on: $50 (Starter), $100 (Growth), $150 (Premium). "Verified" means the business finishes the 7-day trial and signs up as a paying customer. $50 of the bonus is paid at the end of the trial, on signup — never when a trial merely starts — and any remainder (Growth $50 more, Premium $100 more) is paid in that customer's SECOND month. A Starter signup pays $50 total, all of it at signup. Every trial you start is logged in your name; trials that never sign up pay nothing. You are paid out of real revenue, never promises.
- Paid test week first, with a cap of 5 paid verified trials in the test week.
- You are paid for all verified results and all test-week work completed.
Requirements
- US-based, available during US business hours.
- Clear, friendly, professional phone voice. Appointment-setting, telemarketing, or customer-service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and headset; a calling number is provided for you.
- Accurate, honest note-taking — every outcome logged the same day.
