Selling a pull-up bar. It's the most secure of any pull-up bar as it is fixed in a doorway. It screws in and there can't be any possible way for it to fall out the door will still shut but anytime you want to do pull-ups you just grab it and go and go and go it's a great reminder because anytime you walk through the doorway you'll see it you open the door there it is. My son got to where he could do dozens of Pull-Ups just because it was always there.
