We're looking for the person who holds it all together.
If you've ever been the one everybody comes to because you know where everything is, who's waiting on what, and what still hasn't been done — that's this job.
A normal day
Setting up new business accounts on our platform — entering their details, checking everything's right, chasing what's missing
Keeping files and folders organized so things can be found in ten seconds instead of ten minutes
Helping the sales team with whatever they need — lists, documents, follow-ups
Answering calls and emails from customers who need a hand
Ten small things nobody planned for
What matters
You're organized, and things don't slip
You can pick up new software on your own
You're good with people, on the phone and in writing
You notice what needs doing and do it
you know how to set up systems
you know CRM's like Hubspot
you can take control and see task through daily
No degree required Ideal candidate bullets:
Experience at an SEO, SMM, or digital marketing agency — or another remote digital/tech role
Comfortable working online all day: content, listings, business profiles, dashboards, marketing tools
Knows (or can quickly pick up) SEO/AEO/GEO, keywords, meta tags, on-page basics
Self-directed remote worker who manages their own day
Has ability to pull together a funnel system
Can work closely servicing salespeople
Bonus: agency account management, marketplace/SaaS, or AI-tool experience
Not a fit: purely front-desk / office-admin / hospitality backgrounds with no digital marketing or remote-tech workThe details
