Looking for one experienced handyman for ongoing work at rental properties.
Requirements:
Must have previous property management experience working as a handyman
Must have your own truck and tools
Must be able to handle general property repairs and maintenance quickly
Appliance repair experience is a big plus
Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
Flexible schedule
Payment: Cash, Zelle, or Venmo only.
