Burial plot for two people. Casket burial. MEMORY GARDENS MEMORIAL PARK, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road Las Vegas, Nevada. 89129. This double depth plot is located in an older and highly desirable spot. Most others are sold out in that area. It is in the area on the south rear with large established trees and grass. The Whispering Pines, section #2, space #105, DDLC. This is a double depth plot, with one on top of the other. Because it is considered real property, documentation by the seller and buyer would require my deed documentation to be notarized, and payment of plot could be made at that time. The new owner/ owners can take the original deed along with the newly notarized quick claim release to: Memory Gardens Memorial Park office to make the deed transfer. That transfer of deed would cost $345 to the new owners and would be paid to Memory Gardens Memorial Park. We have moved to Arizona and will not be returning to the Las Vegas area for burial purposes. Contact me for more details.
