Beginning September 26 Dave Harkness will be offering Camp Fire Cooking Classes on Saturdays from 9 to Noon. During the 3-hour class folks learn basic Black Pot cooking skills and some history of Down-Hearth Cooking. The Classroom is a Chuck Wagon, the Recipes are Authentic.
Interactive Class with hands-on learning. Participants receive a “Campfire Cooking Handbook” complete with Recipes prepared during the program, and a share of “1847” Sourdough Starter. Class size is limited, and Pre-Registration is Required.
The $40.00 Fee is refundable if canceled due to bad weather. (Private Classes for Small Groups and Families are also Available)
