Scope of Work:
• Residential roof replacements
• Asphalt shingle roofing
• Tile roofing
• Metal roofing
• Tear-off and full installs
• Clean, professional job sites required
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
• Must be an established roofing crew (no solo laborers)
• Must carry General Liability Insurance
• Must carry Workers’ Compensation Insurance
• Must provide copies of insurance certificates
• Must provide photos of previous completed work
• Must have own tools, trucks, and equipment
• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
PRICING REQUIRED WITH SUBMISSION:

• Shingle Crews (per square)
• Tile Crews (per square)
• Metal Crews (per square or per job)
