The rent is $875, that is inclusive of the utilities
I am looking for someone to move in by December 1. Or sooner if you can manage it. I'm flexible.
Right by my house is the Pinellas Trail, a Publix, PSTA-public transportation, a McDonald's, a Walgreens and the Largo Medical Center is literally a block from my home.
I have a dog and a cat so you must love animals🐶🐯
All the rooms have ceiling fans. Including the kitchen.
The bedroom has a 32 inch TV in it, a full-size bed, and two storage units for your clothing and your toiletries 
I am really looking for someone who is quiet, calm and low-key.

There will be no overnight guests allowed.
I love being a Christian. So I'm in my room a lot reading my Bible and my devotions. I also watch shows on my tablet in my bedroom.
There's a lovely 65 inch TV in the living room. Make yourself at home there.
I am needing a one year lease. It will always be due on the first of the month. 🥰
