Projects are located throughout Central Florida, including Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Sarasota, Manatee, Marion, and surrounding counties.
Position Summary
Titan Fire Protection is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Installation Foreman to oversee multiple projects, lead crews through projects, and ensure successful project execution from startup through closeout. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive fire sprinkler experience who can effectively coordinate crews, schedules, materials, safety requirements, and communication between the field and office.
Responsibilities
∙ Manage multiple fire sprinkler projects simultaneously
∙ Supervise apprentices, team members, and subcontractors
∙ Coordinate field activities with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades
∙ Conduct project turnover meetings and pre-construction planning
∙ Monitor manpower levels, productivity, quality, and project progress
∙ Review blueprints, specifications, schedules, and project requirements
∙ Enforce safety policies and conduct routine jobsite inspections
∙ Verify jobsite documentation, material usage, and labor reporting
∙ Resolve field issues and maintain project schedules
∙ Ensure installations comply with NFPA standards, local codes, and contract requirements
∙ Attend coordination, scheduling, and progress meetings as required
Qualifications
∙ 6+ years of verifiable fire sprinkler installation experience
∙ Strong understanding of NFPA codes and fire protection systems
∙ Experience managing large commercial, multifamily, and tenant improvement projects
∙ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
∙ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
∙ Valid Driver's License required
∙ Must pass a drug screening
∙ NICET certifications are preferred but not required
