Construction Field Inspector Needed – Immediate Start
We are seeking an experienced Field Inspector to perform construction jobsite inspections throughout the area. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and have construction knowledge, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Take clear before, progress, and after photos.
* Verify the scope of work before the project begins.
* Perform final inspections to ensure work is completed properly.
* Upload photos and inspection notes into SiteCapture.
* Communicate project updates and report any issues immediately.
* Verify basic jobsite conditions, such as checking if water and utilities are on when needed and paint onsite.
Requirements:
* Construction experience required.
* Must be able to pass a background check.
* Drug-free workplace.
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using apps.
* Must have basic hand tools and simple inspection tools as needed.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Must be available to start immediately.
Compensation:
* Paid per completed contract/inspection.
* Payment via Cash App or Zelle
* W-9 required (1099 independent contractor).
