-Each unit comes with its own mailing address and mailbox.
-Internet & Electric available (not included in price).
-Electricity Specs: 40amps, Single-Phase, 120v/240v.
-Each tenant has their own electrical meter and service panel. This means if your neighbor trips a breaker, it won't disrupt your electrical service. And if you happen to trip a breaker, you can easily reset it yourself - no need to wait for the landlord to access an electrical panel you don't have access to.
-Full-time, on-site maintenance technician working Monday-Friday.
-Rent includes: Water, Trash, Recycling, Lawn care, Common Area Maintenance, Real Estate Taxes, and Building Insurance.
-We have an excellent group of tenants with a great atmosphere
-Conveniently located close to St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa.
Please note: There is no water access inside the unit. There are shared bathrooms at the end of each building.
Move-in requires a $60 credit and criminal background check. Minimum lease term is (1) year.
