The bedroom is approximately 12 x 12 and offers plenty of privacy. You'll have use of the shared living areas, including the kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, private backyard and swimming pool. Parking and cable are also available.
The home is located next to Taylor Park and just a few miles from the beaches, shopping, restaurants and other conveniences.
Rent is $1,050 per month. Electric and water are split 50/50. There is a $500 refundable security deposit and a $25 background check/application fee. Month-to-month rental. Single occupancy only. No additional pets, please. One large, older dog already lives in the home.
