S&S Line LLC is looking for experienced Class-A OTR drivers who want strong freight, flexible home time, newer equipment, and a dispatch team focused on maximizing your weekly income — not just running unnecessary miles.
We have a strong direct-freight network, and approximately 70% of our freight originating in the Grand Rapids area is preloaded. A large portion of our freight is drop & hook, helping drivers spend more time moving and less time sitting.

💰 COMPANY DRIVER PAY
✅ Starting at $0.60 CPM, with higher starting rates available depending on experience
✅ Percentage-pay options available
✅ Many percentage drivers start around 25–27% of the load
✅ Other compensation structures may be available depending on the position

Our dispatch team focuses on maximizing weekly truck revenue while controlling unnecessary mileage.
Our target is to position trucks to gross approximately $6,000–$8,000+ per week when freight, market conditions, driver availability, and hours of service allow, while working toward strong revenue per all miles.

✅ DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Class-A CDL
• Minimum 1.5 years OTR experience
• Must meet company and insurance qualification requirements
✅ SAP DRIVER PROGRAM
SAP drivers may be considered. Eligibility is reviewed individually and remains subject to applicable FMCSA return-to-duty requirements, insurance requirements, and company qualification standards.
