Water & Fire Damage Restoration Technician
Location: Lapeer, MI
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM including on-call emergency response.

The Job
We're hiring a Mitigation & Restoration Technician to join our crew. You'll be first on scene after floods, fires, sewer back ups and storms — extracting water, setting up drying equipment, removing damaged materials, and helping get families and businesses back on their feet.
What You'll Do
• Respond to emergency water, fire, and mold damage calls
• Operate extraction equipment, air movers, and dehumidifiers
• Perform demolition of damaged flooring, drywall, and structural materials
• Set up and monitor containment for mold and smoke remediation
• Document moisture readings and job progress with company software/tablet
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site
• Maintain and clean equipment and company vehicles
What We're Looking For
• Valid Michigan driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
• Comfortable working nights/weekends for emergency calls
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or on a crew
• Prior construction, cleaning, or restoration experience preferred but not required
