NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a PUBLIC SALE by auction will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. or after at Delta Self Storage in Eaton County at 746 Knights Inn Dr., Lansing, MI, 48917 Delta Self Storage will sell units to satisfy the lien on the property stored at 746 Knights Inn Dr., Lansing, Michigan.
ONLY Cash will be accepted. Payments must be made at the time of purchase. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to attend the sale. Accounts will be sent to collections for the balance of the account after Auction Proceeds are applied to Tenant's Account.
Auction Unit Buyers will have 48 hours to remove all contents of the Unit purchased. ALL items, including any trash, debris or unwanted items MUST be removed and the unit left in clean conditions upon Move-Out. IF Buyer fails to follow the rules, they will not be allowed to attend future Unit Auctions at Delta Self Storage and will forfeit their $25.00 Deposit/Cleaning Fee.

All purchased goods are sold "as is" and unit left in a clean and rentable condition. The Owners and Management are not responsible for items being stored and/or the contents of the unit being auctioned. A Deposit/Cleaning Fee of $25.00 will be collected at purchase time and will be returned to the buyer after the unit has been inspected by a Delta Self Storage employee. No usage of facility dumpster is allowed for auction.
