Nov. 3, 2024 - At this time, we'd like to thanks everyone who stepped forward and simply provided a name and info about your flying situation. We'd also like to thank-you for stepping up and helping with the court matter. Your total silence after emailing me was most notable.

Nov. 25, 2023 - Someone please email us the Call letters for the Foxbat. Thanks. We have the call sign now.
Oct. 10 2023 - All pilots, keep your receipts and documents. If you were smart enough to keep separate flight logs (some pilots did), we'll want those. This applies to mechanics and other airport companies involved with Curt Hart. We need to start documenting total losses.
Note: Curt Hart HAS been served, and failed to respond, so he goes into
default and it is an automatic win for the Plaintiffs. We will use every tool in the legal tool box to bring justice
to the defrauded pilots. This is good news. We will post more as it develops.
Legal Action is slow but, happening. If you haven't contacted us and supplied your flight info, please do.
It would be nice if someone stepped up to offer help. There is a lot of work involved.
