Position: Assistant Manager / Bartender (Closing Specialist).

Schedule: Part-Time / Full-Time (Primarily Closing Shifts)
About Us: We are a premier, award-winning karaoke bar dedicated to high-energy hospitality, stellar drinks, and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a reliable, sharp, and experienced Assistant Manager/Bartender to lead our evening team and maintain our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency through the critical closing hours.
Key Responsibilities: Dual Leadership: Mix and serve premium drinks while actively managing the floor, staff, and guest environments.
Closing Operations: Execute end-of-night procedures, cash drop audits, secure building lock-up, and staff checkout steps.
Environmental Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and hyper-efficient bar well-stocked with inventory during peak high-volume rushes.
Team Support: Coach floor staff, resolve high-pressure customer service situations, and ensure audio/karaoke setups are running smoothly
.Compliance: Enforce local liquor laws, age-verification standards, and safety regulations strictly.
Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience; shift lead or assistant management experience preferred. Demonstrated mastery of closing procedures, cash-handling, and inventory organization. Excellent conflict resolution skills and a calm demeanor under pressure. Relevant local liquor service certifications (Serving It Right) and food safety credentials. Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
28-32 hours per week
Starting Date: ASAP
Earning potential approximately $1000 to $1250 per week (Hourly rate plus Tips)
