Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader and Laborers needed

Commercial landscaping and snow removal company seeking an experienced Crew Leader / Foreman and laborers for full-time work.
Foreman is a hands-on leadership role — you will run a crew, operate commercial equipment, and ensure high-quality maintenance on commercial and community properties. Laborers will work in all aspects of landscape maintenance.
Duties include:
Leading and working in small crews on mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, shrub care, fertilizing, planting, and bed maintenance.
Snow removal operations in winter (plowing, salting, shoveling, etc.) — paid at time-and-a-half.
Requirements:
Prior professional landscaping experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
Solid knowledge of turf, plants, and commercial equipment.
Valid PA driver's license + reliable transportation.
Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lead by example.
Must pass drug test.
Compensation: $25+/hr starting depending on experience (plus OT and snow premiums).
Shop located in Munhall near the Waterfront. Full-time with PTO and health insurance after 90 days.
