Land winter rental for temporary skoolie living (Eau claire)

Hi! I know this is a bit of a stretch, but due to a few unexpected events, we’re looking for a place to park our skoolie for the winter.
Most local campgrounds shut down for the season, so we’re looking for somewhere to at minimum park and use our solar setup. Electricity would be amazing, but it’s not required — we’re fully self-contained and can take care of ourselves.
Skoolie living through a Wisconsin winter? Yep, we’ve done it. Not always the most fun, but definitely doable. 😂 We are from this area, also.
We’re looking for something within about 20 miles of Eau Claire/Chippewa Falls, ideally starting in early October and staying at least through Christmas.
We’re happy to pay reasonable rent and cover electric costs if available.
It would be my husband, myself, and our golden retrievers. Photos attached, and we’re happy to provide references. We keep to ourselves and like our privacy.
