Title: Web Developer
Duties:
• Lead the development of front-end web code while adhering to clean, semantic coding standards.
• Develop libraries of independent applications using micro frontend architecture to enhance project management efficiency.
• Create and manage a component library of reusable React components to maintain high development standards.
• Conduct unit and end-to-end testing using Jest and Cypress to ensure code quality and coverage.
• Collaborate with marketing teammates, senior management, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative website experiences.
• Mentor a team of junior and intermediate developers, guiding them through technical challenges and fostering professional growth.
• Utilize proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js for project development.
• Implement solutions using Docker, MySQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure.
• Apply Agile methodology principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure continuous integration and delivery using tools like Bamboo.
• Lead multiple website projects from conception to launch, interfacing directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver beyond expectations.
• Stay up to date with the latest web development technologies and practices to drive innovation within the team.
• Identify and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues across all web platforms.
• Engage in code reviews and technical discussions to improve software quality and team knowledge sharing.
• Participate in Agile sprints and meetings, contributing to the planning and execution of project milestones.
Experience: Twenty-four (24) months of experience as a Web Developer or Software Developer. Experience to include twenty-four (24) months of active application within required skill set:
• Developing professional, progressive web applications to serve large-scale corporations utilizing technologies such as React and Material UI.
• Developing continuous integration pipelines for in-house applications and systems, employing technologies like Bamboo, AWS, and Node.js.
• Working with continuous integration tools like Bamboo and automated testing frameworks such as Cypress.
• Building and developing an open-source framework as a baseline for applications.
Hours: Number of hours per week: 40
Daily Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
