In this role, you will serve as the employee lead, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in various facilities, including commercial establishments, health care facilities, schools, and universities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and oversee cleaning operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout assigned locations.
- Perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in compliance with established safety and health standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on best practices for environmental services.
- Coordinate with facility management to assess cleaning needs and prioritize tasks for efficient workflow.
- Monitor supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels and reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Uphold a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and effective communication among staff.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in an environmental services role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and safety protocols.
