BOBIcares is seeking a highly professional Caregiver to provide companion care and personal care in a private home setting. This role is ideal for an organized, thoughtful, and dependable individual who demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and strong critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate is proactive rather than reactive, solves problems independently, and maintains a calm, warm demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Light meal prep and support with healthy, balanced meals
- Hydration reminders
- Support client with any fitness or physical activity goals
- Medication reminders and setup support
- Help with appointments, calendars, and reminders
- Provide attentive, respectful assistance with daily living activities as needed
- Monitor well-being and proactively identify changes or concerns
- Support physical, emotional, and social wellness
- Local errands
- Activities and social outings
- Help with light tidying and general organization
- Light housekeeping
- Discuss various subjects and topics with client
- Express interest in shared hobbies or activities with client
- Exhibit discretion and confidentiality with communication

Role Requirements:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Government-issued picture ID
- Current TB clearance
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and clean driving record
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to provide and receive care feedback in a professional manner

Preferred Qualities:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent
- Current PA CNA License/HHA Certification
- Reliability, calmness, and proactiveness
- Demonstrated critical thinking and independent decision-making skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- High emotional intelligence and professional demeanor
- Technologically proficient (calendars, scheduling tools, basic documentation systems)

Pay: $30/hr
Hours: Part-time; on-demand

Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements and must be eligible to work in the US.
