We're not looking for someone who's "willing to learn the basics."
We need someone who already knows them, and then some.
Agripas Street is a chef driven kosher Israeli restaurant in Lakewood, NJ.
Everything on the table... bread, pita, hummus, sauces, dips etc. is made in house daily.
Our guests notice. Our servers make sure of it.
We're growing and we need a real professional to grow with us.
If you've spent years in a real dining room and can describe a dish the way it deserves to be described, keep reading.
What we need from you:
Minimum 2 years serving in a full service restaurant (not fast casual, not "I waited tables in college once")
You can read a table, mood, pace, when to appear and when to disappear.
You can sell without sounding like you're selling.
You carry plates like a pro and handle a busy section without losing your cool.
Always on time, always sharp, neat, professional, and dependable every single shift
What you get:
Service fee structure averaging $800 to $1,200 weekly.
A real kitchen putting out real food, the kind guests talk about.
A team that takes hospitality seriously.
Room to grow as we do.
Schedule
Dinner service, Sunday through Thursday, 4 PM to 11 PM.
Fridays and Saturdays off.
