Private estate in Lakeside is looking for a reliable, hands-on person for a full-time live-on-site assistant property caretaker position. You’ll be the boots on the ground — responsible for helping to keep the property running year-round, including snow removal in winter and responding to alarms when they go off.
What you’ll do:
• Maintain roads, snow removal, and outdoor cleanup
• General property maintenance and minor repairs (doors, fences, faucets, drains, etc.)
• Landscaping, lawn care, and groundskeeping
• Preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and boilers
• Monitor alarms and systems (occasional after-hours response)
• Answer the gate phone for access
• Care for chickens and cats + dog waste cleanup
• Maintain and detail vehicles
Requirements:
• Maintenance, handyman, or property care experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of building systems and tools
• Able to lift 75 lbs
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Must pass a background check

This is a solid full-time role on a private estate near Flathead Lake with free housing included.
